The policy of Travel Agent pricing will have two forms:
1) Simple use of services from small-medium travel agents, with a
low monthly subscription.
2) By the guarantee of a specific reservation-number of reservations
from the travel agent/tour operator, with a low fixed commission per
transaction (from 4.50€ to 2.50€ per booking).
The prices are fixed for the period of the contract. The bigger the
number of guaranteed bookings a travel agent buys the lower the
commission. If the travel agents do not fulfil the total number of
the guaranteed bookings, it has to pay the cost for the amount left.
By this way of pricing the travel agent has an advantage, knowing
from the very first beginning the cost for each booking and on the
other hand allocates an information system with null cost.
