For the cancellation of a reservation the customer should connect to MyOwnBooking.com using the username and password and select "Cancellation" under the "Edit Reservation" section. Detailed information concerning this subject will be provided after the completion of the charging procedure. These will also be dispatched in the customer's e-mail.

15. Can I change my reservation?

You can log-in to your account at MyOwnBooking.com and giving your booking code to make the changes needed. In case of change on the charged amount there is possible to be asked for your credit card for an additional charge.

16. What are the economic consequences of cancellation or non show?
